Prithu

When I graduated from the Yoga Synthesis
teacher's training, I was given the Sanskrit name of Prithu by
Raji Thron, the leader of the training. He told me the name
meant, "The Great."
After a little research I found that King Prithu is considered to be the first ruler of the earth. A great and wise King, his kingdom prospered under him. There is a good story about him at:
So now when you see "Prithu" as part of my name, you will know why and where the name and it's history come from.
